Reunion Icebreaker Surveys

We have built several icebreaker surveys for our family that have been successful ways for us to find interesting topics of conversation. In our last survey, we also realized that it was a great way for younger people to ask questions of older generations on family history on the assumption that they might know the answers. We would like to offer this service to other families. For more information on the terms of this offer, please click here.

In order to help you, you must complete two steps.

First, please respond to the survey questions. These are listed in the form below immediately below this.

Second, after you complete this quick set of questions, you will be directed to our order form. This must also be completed so that we can start work on your family icebreaker survey.

TheRagens.com will conduct a survey for your family reunion according to the following terms and conditions:

You will select some number of questions for the reunion survey from our list of starter questions or from your own list of questions. Our basic offer includes five questions; additional questions can be added at extra cost per the fee structure below.
We will create a web-based survey form for you and, subject to your approval and payment, we will then make the survey available to your family via our website. It will take us approximately one week to design/develop the survey page.
You will provide us with a list of email addresses of up to 20 of your family members. If you want additional names to be sent or captured, there is an incremental fee. These email addresses will be kept completely secure and will never be used for any further communications.
We will send an announcement of the survey and the website address to your email list. We will also send out a reminder approximately 1-2 weeks later. We can send out additional reminders for an additional charge.
After four weeks, unless you want to extend the time period, we will close the survey. At that time, we will provide you with a table of the results in the form of an Excel spreadsheet. For an additional charge, we can format the results into a Microsoft Word document.
Our fee schedule is listed in the following table. You agree to pay us in advance or on other terms that are mutually agreeable.

Our base fee includes setting up the first five questions on your own unique web page. The base fee includes collecting results for up to 20 people. It also includes two email messages: one to announce the survey and a second as a reminder. Results will be provided in an Excel spreadsheet $ 40
