Photograph Notes: Late one afternoon, we found this
bald eagles perched just above its nest. The afternoon soon clearly
illuminated this bird as the details in the feathers are clearly
visible. I like this because the 'screaming eagle' is in profile and the
bright eyes are shining. Note that it is probably reacting this way
since there are eaglets in the aerie which is shown just below this
eagle in
this photo. (May of
